Poor service

Mc Cafe stood in line on Merkela Street, suddenly came a barista acquaintance, they mowed very loudly and in foreign language, he came in without rows. When she finally served him, it was my turn and I had to wait about 10 minutes for my coffee. Don't understand why you have to wait so long? At the same coffee inn coffee is made in about 3 minutes.
