That RD himself scratches the goods and demands money for them.
2019. On April 17 was picked up Soundbars Sony Htr-T3 leasing for 6 months. The product was off the shelf with scratches. But a discount of around 20 dollars was offered. We think that scratches are not so crazy and the main sound quality. We arrange leasing. Plus a warranty of 4 years. The whole set amounted to 299.98 dollars. The consultant immediately recorded a bill of lading that soundbars with scratches. Plus according to AZ Store terms, any person can return the item within 15 days. And it doesn't matter from the internet or from the store. Everything we take it to the soundbar. We're leaving home. And we forgot for about 10 days (there was a lot of work and the house just slept). Well, we found the time for 11 days and plugged it into the soundbar. Ok sound good, quality also ok. But when we start watching movies,silent scenes with abnormal scale working fan buffers. The next day I call the manager of the store at rd (Shopping Mall rimi Suirrey). I explained the situation to which I am receiving an answer - no problem to bring it back, let's say and everything will be okey. Ok I brought it to the soundbar. The consultants all viewed, drafted the acceptance certificate, and told me that in 2 weeks I would call from the service department or everything was fine. Exactly after 2 weeks I got a call. With such text - the product is scratched from you 30% of the value of the product. I told the consultant that the invoice was written that scratched and off the shelf! To which she replied - ahhh if? I'm going to call... (it turns out they didn't look at the documents). The next day everything repeats - 30% of you and everything. In a few days time the official decision will come and you can tell immediately dropped the handset... I have been waiting for a week, no decision. All friends and family were shocked.I say call and ask to be emailed their decision. Promised to blow the day and of course nothing. Call the next day, call again! And then finally sent the decision to an email. Now question you friends and rd - your item stood on the shelf for a year (it said the consultant), she was all scratched and from all sides! The bill of lading is written - with scratches from the shelf! Then that you can claim 30% of the value of the item for scratches that were already! Any adequate person understands that this is not legal and that it is marasmus. When you realize that you can't sell him anymore you want to make money for ordinary people! Of course I won't pay anything and the papers will go to court. And not on ptac but straight on the court! If rd shop doesn't want to apologize for damaged nerves and t.
