cheats without connecting to the contracted tariff

Half a year ago, I switched my number to an Amigo operator. I switched because I wanted to switch from xMobile network to AuMobile, but Amigo directly offered a very advantageous promotion for new customers - "Low Price Tariff 2", which includes 350 call minutes as a standard, but offered new customers 1000 minutes per month for the same price for a whole year.. At first, the bills were not very high, but higher than they should be. At first it didn't seem suspicious, because the way I talked on the phone a lot, then I allowed myself to talk about the included 1000 minutes. After that, I already realized that something was wrong, because later I finally went into my bills and realized that I hadn't even agreed on those 1000 minutes, but some mystical amount was added to the bill. When I finally called,to find out what about the case, it also turned out that no 1000 minutes I was never given, just the same 350! When I asked why such a situation had arisen, the operator did not know anything to answer at all and only told me that if I had any complaints that I had not been connected to the 1000 minutes, I could write an application. Of course, I will not write any application, because I understand that it will not make any sense. that it will make no sense. that it will make no sense. Of course, the operator also said that I would now be connected to this 1000-minute tariff. Although now, hopefully, everything will be fine with my bills, I have overpaid for half a year.
