Problems receiving the item
There was an unpleasant experience with this company today. I ordered electronics with home delivery. Then on Friday I am sent an sms with a delivery time that is in a few hours. I concluded that I couldn't be home so quickly and wanted to change the time. It turns out they can't change the delivery time. You can only change the date. The goods are not delivered on weekends, so I have to wait another 3 days until I receive the next sms. And even then it is impossible to schedule time. So I have to wait for the sms with another randomly selected time and hope that then I will be able to be home. As far as I have received the goods with the help of other carriers, there have never been such problems. Always call and arrange a mutually convenient time before delivery. I also received a reply from iExpress themselves that the system chooses the time for them and they cannot do anything there. So everything is done to make everything more convenient for themselves. Not to meet a customer who uses their services. It seems that if I order a product, I have to sit at home all day then and wait for delivery. Quoting them themselves as "DPD - your supply experts", all you have to do is ask where you can see "experts" in this regard? Unless it is meant by experts on how to make life unpleasant. In conclusion, the only conclusion is that I will avoid any deliveries by iExpress in the future.
