Gross Injustice
I assume that all contractors have their shortcomings and all have clauses in the contracts that option not to pay. But most + - perform their functions honestly. But this "insurance company" is a small accident and optimist company. If there is a more serious problem and the amount of compensation is serious, you can say goodbye to the money immediately. This is my and my acquaintances' experience. Almost impossible to win this year. And these are brilliant specimens. You will not be guilty either, you will probably be guilty and you will not be compensated. My and I know the very sluggish experience of the announcement, do not try to lower prices, because at what expense this price is so low. And whatever, it is very likely you will be. If anything more happens than a scratch. Even when driving at a green light at an intersection, you will come across someone who will drive to the red, you may receive a refusal with a reason - you can avoid it :) And a very valid legal reason for it. And maybe after a year, or a year and a half, after the 5th refusal, you will still fold with your hand and they will be the winners again. Optomists - forward, to BAN.
