Fedex delivered my package on Dec 28, 2009. Augustus Gold did not acknowlege my calls or emails for three weeks. Finally, Ray Holley, one of the co-founders, emailed an invoice on Jan 22 with an estimate, and he promised to contact me on Jan 24. Of course he hasn't, and they don't recieve my calls or return...
