Late Delivery

I ordered a laptop at this online store. The website says that delivery is expected within 1-3 days. I got a call from the store, informed that it would be in 4 days (because Saturday, Sunday fell in the middle). I was looking forward to my new computer on Monday. The courier called, glad in a hurry. When I was already holding a computer, the courier found that the attached leasing papers were in another person's name. The computer was taken away. Without exaggerating, I sat on the line for half an hour until I waited for a connection with 1a people (in this case, something also needs to be done, the client may be nervous). The girl at the other end recorded the incident and informed me that she would print new papers and have a computer tomorrow. The next day the courier did not arrive, I sat on the line again, waiting for the connection to 1a.At the other end, a kind woman explained to me that a missile had occurred - there were only leasing papers at the courier, and the computer was somewhere else. Well, cool, well. But definitely tomorrow. Fortunately, there were also. But almost a week has passed since the computer was purchased. Therefore, I warmly recommend everyone not to spare time and go to office 1a to pick up the product themselves. Otherwise, either recycled or simply incompetent workers will mix papers or goods and have to wait.
