they still haven’t helped me to solve issues with ebay

got some crap and the rep spoke in rude manner with me

Warranty Repair

Hello! why the connection phone is still under repair if two weeks have passed and I was told that it will be repaired within two weeks, the call does not make sense because it says it will be soon... the most interesting thing is that I did not even offer to change the phone until my warranty repair.
