Do not sign up with this pet insurance

They do not pay claims. In the 3 years I have been with them they paid once and it was under $100. I submitted 10 claims between 2 cats. You can’t cancel online and they make it really hard to cancel when you call. Save yourself the headache and don’t sign up in the first place.

Would not recommend ASPCA pet insurance

We have have been waiting since DEC,10,2018. When I recently called on JAN,2,2019 I was informed it could take another 8 weeks due to so many claims. I think I found this site by mistake

I was just looking for the ASPCA customer service line when I found this number. I just assumed it was a number to call to find out about my claim. I entered the claim online and it seemed to me I should have heard something after 3 weeks. I never received an email…
