Damage

Hello! Yesterday, 20.05.17 I bought Mitava beer cans (3) in Aibe store, which is located at the train crossing. When paying at the cash register, there was no evidence of damage. Leaving the store, I noticed that liquid was leaking from the shopping bag. Looking closer and highlighting one of the cans - it turned out to be damaged - a beer fountain came out of the middle of the can. Seeing this I entered the store with a damaged can. I told the situation to the seller, who shamelessly made me realize that I had damaged it intentionally. After a little discussion, I put a bag in front of me where I could put my damaged can - which clearly indicated that there would be no compromise. Please call the driver to be able to tell the situation to which the seller replied that the driver will be in an hour. I didn't want to wait that long and left. Putting the damaged can on the others, I foundthat there is another same can through which the beer fountain pushed out. I went back again with two damaged beer cans. I tried to explain how to show exactly how the product is damaged - the seller insisted that I have damaged the product myself. During the dispute, I asked the manager again, and as it turns out, it wasn't a new year when an hour passed - because the manager was still there and immediately came out. When telling everything to the manager, the same thing was repeated as with the seller - I have intentionally stabbed cans myself. Needless to say, it is not in my interest to damage an already purchased product. The attitude of the manager and the seller is disappointing, because they did not even look at exactly how the product was damaged to realize that it was not done intentionally.
