Fraud

I brought the phone to the warranty service because the sound went out. Just a week later returned unrepaired but everything deleted. They format the phone and hope that it will fix everything and check their laziness themselves. Scam. I will not bring back, I will not waste time. You just have to live with a defect. I don't understand how they're still in business.
