Ardent Audio Productions added a charge on my phone bill without authorization. I received my bill and found a $19.99 charge. The phone company said it was billed for some services but I am sure I haven’t use these services.

It is not recommended to order goods in this online store. The situation is as follows: I ordered a computer from them, took a couple of days and called "Sorry, but we can not get such a video card, so to speak, after serving its time, will have to be replaced by another". I ask those when they could receive it, the answer is clear "This week it will be" Besides, it was Monday, the distance is not mystical either, we had to deliver to Cincinatti (from Santa Ana). I'm waiting, I'm waiting... No news, no news... So that week went by and nothing was brought, nor was any message given or what. At least they would have called or that they wouldn't meet anyway, but no...
