This artificial sweetener has caused me to develop diarrhea

I bought this artificial sweetener several weeks ago and it caused me to develop diarrhea. I complained and, yesterday someone named Julia Hackney (from Kroger's) left a message on my answering machine. I couldn't make out all of it. The reference number is [protected].
