Many Terrestrial TV Lattelkom channels are not seen. I live 6 km from Zakusala tower, I pay for all the packages, the regular decoder does not see any package as a species. A call to their help desk is pointless - so we turn to the operator for a roof antenna. (There are 18 apartments in the house and not all of them are used by Aumobile and the managers are ourselves - a residents' cooperative - what can we do there - convene an extraordinary meeting of residents because I don't see a movie package?) Because Aumobile also changes the dropped out, the promised BBC and CNN never it also did not appear, + specifically now the movie package has disappeared. The call must be set with a special frequency in the decoder, the signal must be set to zero. The roof antenna needs to be replaced. Pancake,they can't dismiss the signal over the air 6 km from Zakusala and then blame us... What, we have to change the roof antenna once a month? I won't even mention their decoder console (bought at Aumobile and already changed twice), which works from a distance of less than 50 centimeters from the decoder (batteries are fresh, this is from the moment of purchase / replacement. The change took place because... ). I understand that if I pay for the service and do not receive it for years, the service provider should panic, come and help, rather than telling me on the phone that my own hands are not growing out of there and continue to charge for the undelivered service.
