Web hosting

All our domain’s MX records etc were reset to default and our website and email went down. They do not have Chat or phone or any live support. This web hosting company is a joke. Was signed up for 5 years and they did nothing but ruin my 10 computers with their constant viruses in the emails, constant email problems, over billing for everything, you get 10 bills for the same damn thing and despicable Customer service. Misleading customers

Very bad office! Mislead customers and collect money for nothing! 2020 In November, my mom took the iPhone 3gs phone to this "workshop" which was blocked because the wrong pink code was entered several times (the phone was not used for a long time so the pink code was forgotten). She asked the employee if it was possible to unlock the phone, to which the employee replied that he could not tell himself and that at that moment the chief master was not present, said that his mother would leave the phone and the master would look the next day. Mom left the phone in the workshop, in return received a paper that the phone was accepted. When I got home, my mother told me that she had nothing to do with the repair and showed me the document she had been given. There was information on our phone and repair terms in 10 sections. And in point 4 it is written mobile phone diagnostics cost 10CAD.The next day my mother called and asked if there was any news about the repairs, the "master" said that unfortunately she would not be able to unlock the phone, said that her mother would pick up and that she would have to pay 10CAD. But the employee who took the phone the day before didn't say anything to her mom! If she knew that she would have to pay only for the master to see if there was a possible repair she would not have left because she could not afford to return such money from her pension for unrepaired repairs! So she was now without a phone because there was no money to "give" it to the office for their "quality service"! And in that document it is written that if the customer does not remove his property within 20 working days, then his goods become the property of the office.But the employee who took the phone the day before didn't say anything to her mom! If she knew that she would have to pay only for the master to see if there was a possible repair she would not have left because she could not afford to return such money from her pension for unrepaired repairs! So she was now without a phone because there was no money to "give" it to the office for their "quality service"!
