No refunds

We ordered an Intel i7-7700k processor in the aho.info store, delivery was promised within 5-10 days. After the promised delivery time, we called the store and it was said that the product will be on site in one or two days. Then for the weekend. We called again and were promised to deliver the product the next working day. When the next day came, the goods were promised to be delivered in the evening, the evening came, I called again, I was moved to the next day. Next week came again and they were still promised to deliver the goods on the pretext that it was taken to the wrong store, then the next time the fault was in the courier who picked up the goods and allegedly failed to deliver, then it was promised that the courier was already on his way to the store and the goods will be available in the evening. Problems with the courier continued for a few more days. Of course, no message was given and the next day it was promised again that it would be delivered immediately, but nothing was delivered. This call continued for some time, of course it should be mentioned that most calls are not answered and many times the call is canceled and a text message is sent-let's call back! On Thursday, March 16, the mandatory delivery of the goods was promised again, the goods were already on the way, of course, we did not wait for a call again and on March 17 we called again, this time saying that at this moment it was as if driving for the goods and would bring it immediately! I was sitting in the car waiting for the message because I had already gone to their store, which I could not find at the address provided. I wrote that I was waiting for him at the address indicated by the store and I could even go after the product, I received an answer that he was on his way to the warehouse in Tacoma, I said that I could go to Tacoma calmly, because I didn't want to wait. So I waited for a while, started calling again and a text message was sent: "the product is lost somewhere, we will return the money". The money was promised to be returned the same day, it was not done! Promised again on Monday, then on Tuesday. Today, money still has not arrived, called again all day, the phone is not picked up, an SMS is answered that everything will be clarified and will be called back, but in the end, again no answer is received and the phone is not picked up. I'm going to CRPC tomorrow. If that doesn't help, then the police will be the next step. This product was ordered on 08.02.2020, order no. 428 I 'll report as soon as there are any changes!
