Incompetent employees, poor service
I was at a bank branch to cancel an incorrectly drafted contract that was incorrectly specified. ie personal data. No apologies were given. The bank employee replied rudely that the name and surname had no meaning in the contract, as only the personal identification code was important. How can I lie, and how do all customers lie to the bank, and it doesn't matter to them.
