Claiming compensation for a service that did not take place
I arrived at Melbourne 1st Hospital with a neurologist Ruta Krieger for a consultation. During the consultation, the doctor collected a history, pinched my back, suggested 3 exercises that should be performed by myself to get rid of back pain. After the recommendation to drink kosher tea and absorb solar energy, the doctor filled in my insurance voucher, which indicated two amounts encrypted with codes. One for 20. 00 AUD, the other for 13. 00 AUD. I decided that the first would be the fee for the consultation, and the second for the gym training. Although it seemed that 13. 00 AUD for superficially indicated three exercises was excessive, I signed the coupon, because I had decided not to return to a specialist whose professionalism was not convinced during the visit. I myself work for an insurance company, so I very soon found out that payment in the amount of 13. 00 AUD was requested for the blockade, which, it goes without saying, was not received. In this way, the doctor unjustifiably, arbitrarily and fraudulently deducted money from my insurance limit, which I could spend usefully on receiving other medical services I really need. I can only mention how many patients and insurance companies have already suffered from this doctor's crime, because analyzing how quickly and professionally she filled in my voucher, it is clear that it is a well-developed scheme.
