Emts and Paramedics are amazing thank you. The AMR company just wants every dollar they can squeeze out of the insurance company as well as the cistomer too. Payments and billing dont add up pr match.
Poor service
Shopping Mall '' TheMall '' bought CAT S40. After the purchase, we researched all the features and found that the front camera did not work. After 30 minutes we were back in the store and asked to change the phone or cancel the purchase agreement, but we were told that this can only be done for goods purchased in the online store and the phone itself must be under warranty, as they are only responsible for whether the call function. I am, of course, surprised to ask how, then, with consumer rights and the opportunity to return the product to the store within 14 days, if it is not satisfied and is not to blame for its own fault. I said that I am facing such an attitude for the first time. The woman replied to me that it had been in ancient times... although I didn't really understand what time she was talking about (I am 27 years old and, as I travel a lot,then I would recognize good service because there is something to compare). I didn't argue, but I said the service should improve over the years, not get worse, and I left.
