Our 6400 on a *** window job that they never finished

They have a message that says: We are sorry for your inconvenience, but we are now out of business (or something to that effect). Other numbers that were provided go to message machines for a different company that never returns calls

Spent $5000-** on a window job that was never finished. They have hired and fired two contractors that both did a * job and have never followed up. Now they have changed their number

Lifetime warranty windows. But, no service or followup when you need warrantied work. It’s nearly a year since I first called to request repairs. Still waiting……

Don’t trust them!

Had problems with installation in august. Their rep keeps promising to send a repairman but after 2 months it’s obvious they don’t stand behind their work, or their promises.
