They are quick to call you for their money(before its due) but when it comes to actually picking up your trash, they might get to it, eventually, or not! And good luck getting someone on the phone. One can only assume you have a 1-2 hour hold time because they treat all of their customers this badly....

They keep raising prices with no warning. Just get a bill. I’m trying to cancel for days and with a dozen phone calls. No answer and no voice mail. I try their web page options. Fraud.. And poor customer service
Friends.. I have been a Viasat customer for over 10 years.. If you have a chance not to viasat or tvplay customer then you use it.. I live 40 years on this land.. Such an absurdity is a customer service center viasat or now tvplay.. Due to my activities I changed my residence.. Nazi to terminate the contract.. Viasat customer center I did all the operation contract to stop... Unfortunately, it did not end.. After a month they say come new calculations without justification.. And every month they raise astronomical amounts.. I tried to communicate.. Ha.. 4 days time service service does not pick up the handset... I very much hope that viasat.. Will now tvplay administration will be liable even for fraud..
