Disconnect notice lie

My Ameren bill was $139 and jumpted to over $300. I was making payments but got behind. Ameren cut off my service without warning. Now I have been without air since Monday. I had to take my dog to my mother’s house because it was too hot for him. Ameren said I can get help with my... Read more➤
I work for a company that has rental properties. A company that we worked with to manage some of our properties sold out to another company behind our back. Without having approval or a signed contract, the new company moved utilities into our name and did not pay the bill. This horrible company won’t let us get... Read more➤
They are our only option for electric, so they know you will pay them you got to have power so why not work with the customer to keep power on, oh thats right thay dont have to because they know they are our only option.
One year ago utility lines were placed in my front yard. HDD solutions was the company burying them They caused a water seepage problem and after a tear still have not addressed the problem. Worst I’ve ever use

0 star. terrible. use other service if available

Fraud poor service

I signed a contract with this company because it looks like the most reliable. But as it turned out a month later, it is a real irresponsible affair office. First of all, when I receive the invoice for the first month, I pay it immediately. But they see something they didn't like with my nationality and they turned off the phone without warning. Although I have an official personal identification code in Australia with a permit to live and work, I can see it spit in this office. If you are not a barn, you are a citizen of another nationality. It's something of a series when the Ukrainian president draws genocide against his people. But that's not all. For the time I left the countryside for the city to be officially unlocked, I was billed again. so to speak, the number was canceled then and then,but that's when it was not possible to even call them at their feet. It's just a racket. I can say about irresponsibility when even in letters where I make a claim, an automatic answer comes, but no one actually contacts you. There is such indifference when even God trembles.
