This is ridiculous I came home and my electricity is off
i dont see option to provide rating less than 0 for Ambit Energy , worst customer experience they charge 25$ for payment rejection , they dont allow us to see the account / routing number submitted for the payment . they don have option to edit / delete the account number through thr website

All we are asking for is evidence / support as to why the charges are 10 times the norm and 10 times the amount of electricity that Pepco (Provider) said we used....
