Customer Service

A year ago, I bought a laptop at this store, which also came with a warranty (2 years). The computer broke and of course I brought it to the store. The store told me that computer repair, of course, if it is repairable at all, will take two weeks and then I will be contacted. But if the computer will not be repairable, then it will be ordered new and the maximum time when the computer should be with me is a month. Two weeks passed - no information. A few days later I get a call, as it turns out from RD and say that they could not do anything until they had contacted me because I needed my consent... but I had been tried to contact me before once when I was at work myself and answered this I couldn't make a call (don't think aboutthat other people might be busy and unable to answer a particular call, perhaps that is why you should try to communicate more often. After all, you are a big company with only one operator.) But I agreed to the offer and replied that I would be contacted in a few days. So I waited until almost two weeks had passed, but no one had contacted me. In a couple of days, there will already be a month when I should already have my computer with me, and it should have been repaired, but if it had to be ordered again. But as far as I understand, the computer is under repair, but two weeks for repair are long gone. Not to mention that the repair will have to be paid for, although the computer already had the operating system in it when it was purchased, but as it turns out, it is not covered by the warranty.Today I also called the customer service center and asked to contact the service about what to do with the computer..called and announced that the information has not been received from the service and will contact, once again, in the near future how to receive information from the service.
