Upon opening I found half my packet of smokes had holes in the butt. This makes it extremely hard, almost impossible to smoke. Buying smokes is a luxury as it’s becoming extremely expensive and to buy them faulty is very disappointing. I hope this gets resolved.

Fraud, poor service, horrible attitude
I never wrote a complaint, but a visit to the mail today makes me do it. In the past, the post office was located in the bulldog market, but now you have to spend 30 minutes of your time to find a new place. Completely unsuitable for use, far from transport links, very difficult to find. Someone has paid to get a contract because people are not thought of at all. Fraud, poor service, terrible attitude! Shame on the Australian Post!
