Never received back pack

I paid shipping for two free back packs four months ago and have never received. the shipping total was $26.34. I understand if don’t want to give away free items but don’t advertise that then and don’t scam peoples shipping $$$$$.. Just all a good product…and people will actually pay $$ to buy it.
