We used Allied Express for several years, sending 5-10 shipments per week. After continual damage, lost or delayed shipments and complaints from our customers we had to stop using Allied Express. When asking for help, we were told it was with management. No resolutions were forthcoming.

Ive used multiple courier companies. Allied express by far is the worst They are slow Terrible customer service Drivers are lazy They are cheap for a reason

This company has no customer service and you can be guaranteed you will not receive your goods until well after delivery date. I am 2 weeks now waiting for a mattress. Tracking says its on board for delivery for past 3 days. If you have an online business DO NOT use this company to deliver your goods
