Not paid for the work done

I'm probably a "bona fide fool". The reason for this is the fact that a couple of years ago I had a good cooperation with Oceanian Translation (BT) for about 2 years. Paid as after the clock - if the invoice was sent by the 15th, then the money in the account was until the end of the month. Then, due to home and health conditions, I could not work for about 2-3 months and the cooperation broke down. Appeared again in mid-October last year. I was happy, because as soon as the plaster had been removed from my hand, "shit" had accumulated, as they say - with a pile, but they had large volumes. Well then I also "breast mouth". I also signed a contract. But then the real fun began. November bill - around 800, December - around 900... but in December not a cent... Article - what happenedmay be what I invoiced incorrectly or how - no answers. In the middle of January - they paid 100 dollars for November, then an e-mail came that they had not received such an invoice at all... I don't know - which one) with a Lithuanian company, and introduces new e-technologies - now there may be some financial tension, but an accountant with crisis communication, as they say, to "You"... Only other companies in such cases, however, with translators communicates, explains, as well as tells the deadlines when the payment will be - and you know what to expect, but here - silent like partisans. I started thinking about what to do, but in February some movement started - already paid part. Paid in April for February, in March - more,then in April promised to pay the debt - 250 every other week. I'm happy - I think - now it will be OK. But who gave it - one of the unpaid bills was paid and it all ended - disappeared again... In the summer, something was paid in detail, then again - from the end of August - no payment. At the beginning of October, they promised to pay 250 dollars again every other week - but no further promises were made. At the beginning of November, an e-mail was sent that the invoices needed to be clarified, as he had not recorded 3 works. I issued a new invoice for them and asked - was it really not possible to pay for what was included in the invoice? Of course - there was no answer. But again, it all ended - and no account was made of them. The result - a debt of 1600+, of which about 700 - for a year... I will not spoil the Christmas time with the courts, but in January,if everything is not paid by the end of the second week of January - to court. In addition, the court will cost them dearly. 1. The Civil Law sets a percentage for the unpaid - I do not remember the exact article and size, but if necessary, I will find it. Of course, the percentage is not high, but in my case, if I'm not mistaken, it will be put on about 100 dollars. 2. But - due to various circumstances I can prove - how much my debt increased due to overdue obligations, and it is already a serious amount (as you know, the interest meter runs faster than Bolt in the Olympics), as well as for some other circumstances to claim moral compensation...
