08. 05. I connected myself to the Gold 100MB tariff, because previously it was 1. 5GB Gold (more expensive tariff, but I use mobile data minimally, because WIFI is available almost everywhere, so I decided to switch to a lower one). 09. 05. came sms from Telstra that I spent all available 100MB with a call to connect extra data. Of course, I contacted Telstra customer service specialists to find out in detail how it could have happened, because I do not use mobile data and they are switched off on the phone, there is no evidence of mobile data usage in the whole phone accounting system... The company does not want to admit its mistake and prove that mobile data was not used is also impossible...
