Significantly, it is the most vulnerable people, including female patients, who experience the most brutal treatment of patients. Such a pattern of action is essentially based on intimidation and can only exist on condition that people are really prepared to fear something, not to protest. That's why managers who want to manipulate people in the lightest and most primitive way possible choose intimidation tactics - they just have to shout at patients as threateningly as possible, and they will never dare to defend themselves, they can terrorize employees in a similar way and they will never dare to speak out just afraid of losing their job or ruining their career. Many patients' prejudices that so-called "gratitude" is almost a prerequisite for treatment are also based on fear or previous negative experiences. How strange it would be - in many cases the desire to make fun of others is determined not by the desire to humiliate the person, but by the need to show oneself and one's permissiveness, to make sure that such actions will be supported precisely by fear. And the more people are able to understand it, the harder it will be to manipulate them.
