Terrible service.

A couple of weeks ago I started using AuMobile service "Internet for home", but unfortunately since yesterday this service is no longer working. Yesterday evening I called 80768076, the call was answered initially kind operator, who asked what color are the arrows when opening the configuration page on the computer, unfortunately beyond this issue his competence did not extend, and this is understandable, because not everyone can be technically educated. The operator promised to contact the technical service and report the problem. And then I made a huge mistake - I asked, "About how long will the technical service contact me and start solving this problem?". this question frustrated the operator and he started shouting that he did not have to answer such questions and,that he does not know how long such technical problems will be solved over time. My request to change the tone did not really help either. Promised that I would be contacted by the technical service and right after 24h it happened, but the technician asked some control questions, switched from 3g to 4g and back and with that his capabilities were exhausted. He said that I would hand over my problem to the "control panel" and only if "exchange" will not be able to deal with this problem, I will be allowed to bring a modem to the customer service center. Now, for the third day, I am waiting for the message from the "central office". Summary - if you have not yet chosen AuMobile Internet for your home, then in no case do it! Be smarter than me.
