I bought a Samsung Galaxy 6 smartphone at the Telstra store). about a year later, I bought a younger one, but this return to my 7-year-old boy. He, like all our new generation, downloads games on your phone and plays them. Then one day he came to me and said that the phone did not perform the functions of pressing on the screen, doing the opposite. When dragging to the right with your finger, swipe left and vice versa, press the left side buttons, press the right side and vice versa. When entering functions to change or delete something or reset the settings, it is not possible, because it does not allow to confirm anything. Well I think the software is to blame. There should be a guarantee thatas nothing has passed 2 years after purchase. Then I decided to take it to the Telstra center, where they sent this phone to the service. It took me 2 weeks if I wasn't mistaken, my wife called from the service because the phone was in her name. He said that he had to pay 9 dollars to find out if it was the fault of the software or not. Well I wouldn't have paid already, but now the wife, hoping that it would be just the software's fault, messed them up. After a few days, I call my wife again. The phone is broken by someone, not the software fault, but some chip, chip, or something like that and repairs costing 300 dollars. Well, of course we do not pay for it and we do not repair it, because in my opinion there was not as much fault there as they do. Just wanted to cheat money and earn a good amount. About a month later, his wife's friend offered to give the phone to an acquaintance for repair, because nothing had been lost. About a week later, the phone was brought back and in full operation, it worked like a new phone, there was no problem. We were only asked for 5 dollars for repairs, of course we gave us 10, because that's funny. Therefore, I do not recommend taking smartphones to services that cooperated with shops, mobile service providers, just look for good masters from acquaintances and bring them there. And take into account that taking smartphones from stores, Telstra, bee, or even the same AuMobile, the warranty will be lost the moment you go out the store door.
