I recommend that you read to potential customers about my experience before visiting the service

I would like to write my experience with This service. I would like to say at once that my case is probably an unfortunate coincidence and no one else will hopefully happen. It all started with the fact that my car was inspected in the parking lot and I applied for a CASCO case, the insurers were able to choose between the services on their list, choose the one closest to their workplace. I get back the car and of course the repainted door is also different from the second door that was painted before. I meet the goal of the service manager, who understands and is ready to compensate for the production of a new key and the assigned service so as to deal with the problem of warm weather. While the dialogue with the Target is taking place, the service owner also enters the office, where he listens to the situation and makes it clear that they do not consider it necessary to compensate for the key repairs, t, then to give me money and to drive myself to change the key. I have already mentioned that it is not a question of costs (30 USD), but of the attitude and the fact that the service arbitrarily compares the key (of poor quality) and does not say anything until it sees itself. ju.As the owner of the service, it is not in the customer's interest to make the decision to cover the loss himself and not to return to this service. It should be mentioned that all these "WORKS" took place during this year and I am sure that I am not the only one who faces such "works", but I am persistent enough to fight for myself. The mayor is praised for resolving the situation, I advise the service owner (I assume that John Vanhanen, because he did not work before) to advise on the attitude and allow the client to help them at least. /
