Discipline Not a Clinic

This clinic is terrible! the cat was very ill at night - he got sick and did not get up himself, we went to this clinic. Probably everyone slept, the door didn't open for a long time. the room was completely uncomfortable, not ventilated and the air was terrible! after a short examination, the doctor did not say anything related (in his opinion, the cat looks completely innocent!), persuaded him to do blood tests and promised that they would be ready the next day, as he said "if we can pay so much". taking analyzes of the animal did not hit at all with the first time or with the second! in the end it was taken not from the hind leg but from the forefoot. after this terrible experience we took our beast to another clinic, but the analysis could not get so vigilant. At the promised time, the caller said that the analyzes were unfortunately not ready yet and would be only the next day. when we arrived after the analyzes at the agreed time, it turned out that they have not been taken to the laboratory at all! Needless to say, we were looking forward to the results of the tests in order to determine the causes of the cat's serious condition! the attitude at night was also terrible. the doctor was rude, insensitive (it was probably raging that we woke up from a sweet sleep! oh poor thing...). unfortunately we had to face the most terrible doctor we have ever seen! In my experience, I can only say that it is better to choose another clinic!
