1. The hospital still cannot or does not try to solve the terrible situation with the operators! It is almost impossible to call sometimes. I know that this is why many people use the "unsubscribe" key, which is not really honest, but otherwise you really can't make a normal call. Other times I call for 3 days, because it's not like you call 24/7. But it has been that I call 3x in the morning, then during the day, then closer to the evening, and nothing... The same goes with emails. They respond after 3 days, but after those 3 days the note also fills in and you can't wait that long. When will normal communication with patients finally be ensured?
