Poor service
I don't recommend going there! I checked my eyesight, signed up, so I could order glasses and lenses in the glasses next time! I checked in at 5. 30 pm with Dr. Strode on 06. 07. 2019. It turned out that I arrived 10 minutes earlier, I said that I had a note, the girls working in the service said that I would have to wait... Ppa I put on my glasses during that time to know clearly what I wanted. at 17. 25 my doctor arrives and a client comes to her, well I think it will be fast, she leaves at 17. 35 and the next client comes to her, who says that she already had an unannounced visit to Dr. Strodes and she don't care about the other notes, and Mrs. Strodes welcomes that too! At 17. 45 I asked a woman who also works there or will be soon because my time is running out,and there is a lot more to do, she of course asked the doctor, and she comes and announces that she has to wait another moment, and when I ask how long that moment will be, she answers me in a high tone that she doesn't know! So I waited another 5 minutes and left, without a visit, which was scheduled for me from 17. 30 to 18. 00. and without even paying for a vision test! What's the point of signing up? Am I worse than others? What about attitude and service?
