poor hygiene and unproper food handling

I'm a valid customer of this restaurant but recently i found out that there is something wrong with their food handling process, i've seen a staff touching the food with his bare hands, other recooking their product if it's already cold, those are the disgusting views that i've seen that's why i turned my back on them...
