Poor Service

Thursday, November 16th. In the morning I pay for the repair of my glasses. Employees promised that within 2 working days, t. I. Until the national holiday, the glasses will be made. 17. 11. 16:30 (30 min. Until the end of optio.org working day) sent an SMS that is ready. The question arises - is it possible in Melbourne, in the evening, on the day before Christmas, to get somewhere in half an hour (Maria 14 - the center itself) ? And what's the point of me seeing that? - is it fixed if I can't get them? For 5 days I was forced to walk with old scratched glasses. Don't promise what you can't do!
