Patient Care. Can not get to the second floor.

On June 30, his mother (72 years old) came to the polyclinic for a visit to the traumatologist Rubulis. She had a broken ankle. On the second floor, my mother crawled on the scrapers, down the sledge on the bottom. The elevator has not been working for a month. Also very unkind attitude at the reception at the middle box. Thanks.
