Poor Service

This is something misunderstood. For almost 10 minutes I waited for a connection with a bank specialist by phone, and so did not wait. And if there is an urgent need to address a question, where to turn?! What about service? Unable to call at all! Crazy can stay. And how to become a bank customer if you do not know how to contact him by phone! I'm shocked!
