I made woman Jordan shoes online order from AirJordanWomen.com. The site looked like original but it was not. As a result I received fake shoes and I have no idea what to do with them. I contacted their customer service and told that I want refund but they hang up.
The shipment was not delivered
On 15. 10. 2020 I had a conversation with the Vodafone operator, who offered to change the tariff and deliver the new sim card via iExpress courier. We agreed on a time to indicate when I would be home to meet the courier. 16. 10 sms arrived that the next day iExpress courier would deliver the package to me. Well, all right, I think the courier will arrive between 14 and 18, which I mentioned to the operator. While at work, 17. 10. at 9:15, I get an SMS that will deliver a package today from 10:48 to 11:48. I couldn't come home because I worked outside Melbourne and had a concert with preschool children. (so I already told the operator that I would be home from 14:00!). Since I had not received the shipment, the Vodafone operator called back and tried to correct the situation by choosing a new time. Sure, I waited, but no news than that. 25. 10 (!) Sms arrives,that from 13:11 to 14:11 will deliver the package. I drive home to wait. It turns out that the package has been delivered to another address. And no one has called so far about how to send the shipment to the right recipient! Time has to chase itself and spend its time and money if iExpress couriers can't do their job!
