Poor service
We order the product on May 15, order no.4578785, we receive it only on June 26! Our order had insufficient details, we write, call 110.shop, the operator said that a letter has been written to the supplier, but we have not received a response to our problem on 02/08/2020. What are his suppliers if he can't answer within a month? 14.08 I received a letter from 110.shop that there is no answer from the ghost yet. Interesting though! On 18.08 the operator called, asking us to send them pictures with insufficient details, 20.08 they were sent. In silence again! On 14.09 we called ourselves to clarify when we could stop receiving insufficient details, but the operator said that they did not receive any photos. When I forwarded again a letter stating that I had sent him on the 20th.08 operator immediately said that they have technical problems! Today is already 21.09 but the problem is not solved. I will never buy from this online store again.
