We called the customer service, where Ilona answered us just as strictly - "the operator is right, I don't know if the product is in stock for the manager, but if you are not satisfied with something, you can complain!" There is no other option here,as well as giving a message about the service culture and implementation of unfair commercial practices by publishing false information in the online store! If the product is already available, then why can't I get it in any store in a couple of days? THE PRODUCT IS TAKEN AVAILABLE! And who needs a Christmas tree after Christmas?!?! The low level of service in the online store and incomprehensible service that is unreasonably disinterested and does not focus on the customer's problems has already become the true image of AZ Electronics! Unfortunately! PS don't rush with the spruce! we just received information that it will be available on 30.12.2019, then we don't have anything to worry about after the new year, we will remove it, hopefully with the sale prices...
