We have been using Optus for about 3 months and have had countless problems during the 3 months, first with the contract, later with the Internet and finally with TV. So either way, on Saturday we received an SMS that improvements will be made, the TV didn't go overnight, we thought that in the morning everything would be ok, but nothing, so the TV didn't go for 3 days. From At 8:00 I tried to call the operator, there were no answers to various numbers, all the operators were always busy, then I went to the store, where I could not help me at all, because the master is not there and who is there. I said then to take the bill off for 3 days, after all, what do I pay for? Of course, no one will do that. I gave another phone number to the store to call, then I managed to call an operator for the third time, of course,all you had to do was pull the cord out of the decoder and plug it in again. However, the problems with Optus during these 3 months are already tired. Whenever something happens, the operator says they don't know anything because they see a signal, well, they have a signal, we just never get anything.
