Fraud

We failed to pay 2 months' payment to LoanBank due to family circumstances, the Loan bank was called and it was said that in October We cannot pay the debt or we can extend the term and pay a smaller amount for which it was said categorically no and offered to pay 6 months more than 65 months, we do not agree because we are unable to do so now. Then an e-mail arrived that the police had reached an agreement with them by phone, and the commission took over the matter again. Is it allowed to do? Where is the complaint about the extension of the term you are advertising? We call, talk, say what is the situation, but not despair. We're a young family who's having a family because of LoanBank. (
