Unplanned debits

I had a loan from Advance financial recently. I have tried to make payment arrangements or promise to pay, especially during the pandemic. They debit out of my account almost $500 for a month and this last time they took out $1900 the remaining balance without notifying me. Each time this has turned my account upside down....
