Mail stolen from mailbox and they claim they are not responsible. Mariam in the office has been watching the apartment and tried to corner me and force me to pay. I tell the management that I had a roach problem and a mouse. Management does nothing, tells me it’s my fault, threatens with eviction. I do not leave food out, spills get cleaned. There is no reason or logic with these people. Typical Houston work ethic.
