My score is unavailable

Hi. I got my score back and it is not showing up on the ACT account. I need a response back ASAP because my schools are expecting my scores. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. This is very frustrating and honestly very unfair for students trying to get their scores to schools.

Not able to contact customer service

ACT migrated to a new system over the summer. My son, who is a high school senior, can not view his score from the February test. He needs to send his score to schools that he is applying to.

Cancelled Test- No Refund

I have been trying for months to get a refund for cancelled July test. No response through website &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; phone is always unavailable due to high call volume

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS ANY PHONE NUMBER

Every number called for several weeks goes to never ending hold. They need a new telecom person or more people. ACT is pitiful! This is the worst company ever!
