Waiting for my scores for over 9 weeks

I took the ACT on September 12. I was told I should have my score within 3 weeks, but could take up to 8 weeks. Have not received October scores

This is the worst company to communicate with. I was on hold for almost 45 minutes. When I finally got someone on the phone the lady literally acted as though I was wasting her time and acted bothered by my call. User’s recommendation: I have no recommendations, they are the worst.

My daughter was forced to create a new “My ACT” account. None of her previous three years of testing transferred to her new/blank ACT account.
