I keep receiving letters saying they canceled my one year olds healthcare! Why and based on what exactly?! I call and am on hold 2 hours I try to update the application on the website and am told I can’t or my ssn is not accurate and can’t be verified. This is unbelievable and unexeptable!
worst service ever the only way you can get help is too call and stay on hold forever.
This is NOT a user friendly website and it’s frustrating to read responses like”gee….we are sorry, tell us more”. You have know this is a GARBAGE site and refuse to fix. A private company could never operate like this!!!
Access Health website is a poor excuse for a website. As a business owner and a citizen of CT who has to use this system it it NOT user friendly.
